TCV forged-steel gate valve with bolted bonnet, OS&Y stem and two-piece self-aligning packing gland. Designed to API 602 / BS 5352 / ANSI B16.34 with socket-weld (ASME B16.11), NPT threaded (ANSI B1.20.1) or butt-weld (ASME B16.25) ends. Body materials A105 / LF2 / F11 / F304(L) / F316(L) / F51 duplex; integral backseat and full or conventional port. Suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature steam, gas and critical-process lines.
