L3 Air operated compact pumps Liquid pumps
Special Equipment · Pressure boosters
SC Hydraulic compact air-driven hydraulic pumps, working on the differential-area intensification principle: a larger air piston drives a smaller hydraulic piston to generate a pressure ratio. 3.5″ × 7.0″ body, 316 stainless-steel wetted hydraulic section, weight around 2.7 kg (6 lb). Eight ratios available (15, 25, 35, 45, 65, 105, 125 and 195) covering outlet pressures up to 24,375 psi and flow rates up to 1.0 gpm. Start with as little as 15 psi air drive, self-priming, and stall automatically once the force balance is reached. Compatible with hydraulic fluids, potable and deionised water, solvents, mild chemicals and liquefied CO₂. Typical applications: hydrostatic test benches, presses, bolt tensioning, torque wrenches, valve actuation and clamping systems.
