SC Hydraulic L10 Series double-acting air-driven hydraulic pump with a 10″ diameter drive section. Five ratios available (33:1, 64:1, 114:1, 178:1 and 256:1) covering outlet pressures from 2,950 to 25,600 psi. The large displacement per cycle (up to 16.84 in³ on the -33 model) maintains flow even at medium-pressure conditions. Double-acting construction with corrosion-resistant wetted parts, dimensionally interchangeable with competing pumps in the same class. Coned-and-threaded outlets for 9/16″ O.D. high-pressure tubing on the higher ratios. Modifications include remote pilot, distance-piece isolator, counter-prep port and high-pressure outlet. Typical applications: subsea valve actuation, safety-shutdown valves, wireline control, blowout preventer (BOP) control, bolt tensioning, hydrostatic testing, sub-surface control systems and flushing rigs.
