What data we process

Tecnovent does not sell or trade personal data. We process only the minimum information required, and only in these two cases:

• Data you provide in the contact form

  Name, email address, company (optional field) and the content of your message. This data is sent straight to our info@tecnovent.com mailbox; the website does not store it in any database of its own.

• Technical browsing data

  Aggregate performance metrics (load times, Web Vitals) collected by Vercel Speed Insights, and only if you accept analytics cookies. They cannot identify you and are never combined with contact-form data.

What we use it for

Contact-form data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry, prepare the technical or commercial quote you request and maintain the communication arising from that request. It is not used to send you unsolicited marketing, to build profiles or to make automated decisions. Technical browsing data is used solely to measure and improve site performance.

Legal basis

Processing of contact-form data is based on your consent when you submit it and on the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). Performance metrics are processed on the basis of your explicit consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

We do not disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The following providers do act as data processors, each under its own processing agreement and, where the transfer leaves the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Your data may also be disclosed to public authorities or bodies where a legal obligation exists.

• Resend, Inc. (United States)

  Email delivery service. Processes the form content in order to deliver it to info@tecnovent.com.

• Vercel, Inc. (United States)

  Website hosting and aggregate performance metrics.

• Sanity AS (Norway)

  Content management system holding the site's text and images. It stores no visitor data.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the form are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for the limitation period of any liabilities arising from that relationship (generally up to 5 years under Art. 1964 of the Spanish Civil Code). If the enquiry leads to a commercial relationship, tax and accounting retention periods also apply. Performance metrics are retained in aggregate, anonymised form.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or alteration of data, and we limit access to messages to the Tecnovent staff who must handle your enquiry.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to info@tecnovent.com, stating the right you are exercising and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity:

• Access: find out what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Objection: object to a specific processing operation.
• Restriction: ask us to suspend processing while a claim is verified.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es.
